About This Project
Dominating the Acropolis in Athens, the Parthenon sits as a glorious example of Greek architecture and is one of the most recognized buildings in the world. It was built in 438 BC and was dedicated to Athena, the goddess of war and wisdom. With its perfect sense of proportion, the Parthenon has inspired the design of many iconic and historical buildings across the world.
